For individuals: (get in touch) In addition to our current vacancies, we also enable volunteers to provide pro bono professional support, on their terms, to projects that could have a major impact on efforts to stem climate change. As well as rewarding, it can also be fun to be able to use your professional skills to help fast-forward successful initiatives that could have a major impact at the global scale. As a volunteer you would join a project specific Leapfrog team, working on a tightly defined scope of works on a carefully screened project. You may decide to work alongside people in your professional network as part of your day job or be happy to extend your network by working with a team that Leapfrog organises. For companies: (get in touch) Leapfrog offers organisations a way of allowing staff to take time off to recharge their batteries by working on worthwhile initiatives where they can meet and support truly inspiring people. In these chastened times, some organisations find it is easier to justify providing in-kind services than making financial donations or using traditional carbon off-setting strategies. If staff are underutilised the opportunity to support them to develop new and relevant skills is attractive. Some companies have decided to bring existing pro bono or CSR driven projects that they are working on to Leapfrog, to explore whether more could be accomplished more quickly with a concerted multi-disciplinary committment from like-minded companies. Leapfrog has already attracted various experts and high-profile supporter organisations to its ranks who enjoy participating with our projects and forging a network of like-minded people who have real ability to make change.
